About us
We love our quirky beautiful Philippines and we were tired of having other cultures used as tourist draws in our own country. We felt our culture and identity were being sidelined and that we were losing touch with it, so we set to create PIOPIO, an experience company that develops new retail and hospitality concepts where we use local culture and arts as our main anchor to help connect visitors to their surroundings. PIOPIO works with local communities to showcase the best of what Filipino craftsmen, farmers, designers and artists have to offer, giving visitors the chance to immerse themselves in the local culture through a broad range of experiences and most importantly, giving everybody a sense of place.
